Structure
The organization is managed institutionally by a Council of Ambassadors, who, together with the Executive Committees, interact with the developers, administrators and promoters of products and services.
The participation of companies and private sector professionals coupled with institutional public creates a dynamic business structure around GDC.
We call this corporate architecture "mixed" (private business + public institution).

Outsourcing
Within the mixed business model used in GDC (institutional and commercial) the outsourcing of certain aspects of the Cooperative are part of the original project and constitute the foundation of it.
We refer to companies or individuals that have contracts with GDC and that have developed a strategic alliance with the Cooperative for the common benefit, Partners.
GDC and its dynamic structure are continually expanding, and more Partners will be added as the activities to be developed warrant it.
Contracts are granted to companies or individuals who have proven experience in the required field.
Most of the operational work is outsourced to suitable companies in each area. Operating costs were, drastically reduced through these agreements. They did not place a financial burden on GDC, as the costs are based on results obtained from the different activities that GDC carries out, thus protecting the profitability of GDC that will be distributed among all its members according to their membership type.

Committees
Members of the Executive Committees have the responsibility to care for specific units of the Cooperative structure that require personalized attention.
They have specific tasks described in their structure. The Council of Ambassadors forms and approves these committees and their participants, based on the needs of the different business units.
Its members may or may not receive remuneration, as stipulated during their constitution.
